Office Christmas party DJ
who gets everyone dancing
Someone demands ABBA, someone else wants UK garage, and Pauline from accounts needs to hear Fleetwood Mac. I’m Alex Baker, and I’ve spent 20+ years keeping groups just like that happy.

Cross the music
off your list.
Organising the work Christmas party is a thankless job. When you hire me as your office Christmas party DJ, you can check one thing off your to-do list, knowing the music is sorted with someone who can keep everyone happy.
Everyone gets a song
A work party puts every age and every taste in one room. I play across the decades, from the 80s to today’s chart, so everyone gets something they love. Nobody gets put on the spot, and nobody gets left out.
I fit around your evening
Tell me when dinner finishes, when the music should start and when the bar closes. I’ll fit the set around it, and deal with all the nitty-gritty logistics with your venue, so you don’t have to.
Booked back, year after year
I've spent over two decades behind the decks, including holding down a 15-year residency. Bars, clubs, Pride organisers and companies keep asking me back. Amazon, British Airways and PGL are among my recent corporate clients.
Don’t just take
my word for it
“His dance floor is full when he starts his set to the moment he finishes.”
Andrew Roberts
Operations Manager, national chains and independent groups
“It was perfect. Everybody had such a good time and you are getting a special mention in lots of the messages I’m receiving today!”
Lucy K.
The day after her party
“Alex provided fantastic entertainment through the night for our guests, I’d definitely recommend him for your party.”

Whatever your lot like,
I’ll play it.
A work Christmas party is the most mixed crowd you’ll ever play to: all ages, all tastes, and plenty of people who claim that they 'don’t dance'. The solution is an office party DJ who can bring everyone together.
Tell me as much or as little as you like beforehand. Some clients send a playlist or a running order, others just say “make it fun”. Either is fine. If someone asks for something on the night, I can almost always play it.
Pop, disco, house, r'n'b, the 80s, 90s and 00s, today’s chart, viral TikTok revivals and every Christmas classic. Once the doors open, I pick each track live, based on who’s dancing and who isn’t.
My mash-ups are my secret sauce.
When Club Revenge asked its customers to vote for their favourite tracks for its 30th birthday, 5 of the top 50 were mash-ups I’d made. My mash-ups and remixes have also clocked up over a million streams on SoundCloud.

There's a package
for every office party
Most office Christmas parties need a DJ for two to three hours: dinner at 7, DJ on at 9, home (or on to a club) by midnight. To give you a feel for costs, there's a couple of options below based on these typical requirements and a crowd of 50-100. Every party is bespoke, though - feel free to ask about extra entertainment and other options when you get in touch. If there's a budget already set, let me know, and I can keep costs in-line.

Make it a party
with a difference...
Add a hosted quiz or karaoke to any setup, and you're guaranteed to get people talking on the night and creating memories they won't forget (no matter how much dodgy karaoke singers might want to).
Merry Quizmas
Gets every table talking while dinner is served.
A hosted Quiz of the Year: music, telly, news and the moments of 2026 worth arguing about. Tables play as teams, so nobody gets put on the spot. I host and keep score, then the DJ set kicks off.
- Weeknights

add £125
Kara Ho-Ho-Hoki
Gets the whole room singing, not just the brave ones.
Guests choose their own songs on the night and nobody is pushed up. I run the mics, the queue and the nervous first-timers, and we swap between karaoke and dancing as the room wants.

Questions
people ask
You're bound to have questions when booking an office Christmas party. To make life easy, here are some of the ones that come up most often. Something not covered here? Put it in the enquiry form and I’ll answer it with your quote.
How much does an office Christmas party DJ cost?
If the venue has the kit, I start from £275 on a weeknight and £325 at a weekend. If I bring everything, it’s from £375 and £425. Those are for a typical 'after dinner' party set of up to three hours. Every event is bespoke, so send me your date, venue and timings and I’ll get back to you with a no-obligation quote, usually within 24 hours.
How far ahead should I book an office Christmas party DJ?
As early as you can. Fridays and Saturdays in December go first and fast. Send me your date (or dates) and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can with availability and a no obligation quote.
What if the venue has no DJ equipment?
Then you want “I bring everything”. I bring the decks, sound and lighting and take it all away afterwards. If you’re not sure what the venue has, give me its details and I’ll ask.
Can you fit around dinner and the bar closing?
Yes. Tell me when dinner finishes, when you’d like the music to start and when the bar closes, and I’ll plan the set around it.
Can guests make requests?
Yes. Guests are welcome to ask on the night, and if you have a few favourites from the team, send them over beforehand. You don’t need to build a playlist, I can take care of that for you (unless you want to, of course).
Can you do announcements as well as the music?
Yes. I’m a host as well as a DJ. I’ve emceed on stages at Brighton, Manchester and Soho Pride and spent 15 years in radio, so a raffle, awards or a thank-you to the boss are no problem. Alternatively, I can provide wireless microphones, if you need to host anything yourself, be that staff awards, or organising who ordered what food. Tell me what you have planned and I’ll confirm with a no obligation quote.
Where do you travel?
I’m based in Brighton & Hove and I play across the UK, with plenty of gigs in London and across Sussex and Surrey. Tell me where your party is and I’ll quote for it.
Are you insured? Our venue or HR team may ask.
Yes. I carry £10 million public liability insurance, I’m DBS checked and my equipment is insured and maintained to UK regulations. If your venue or HR team needs paperwork, including a risk assessment, or a RAMS for more complex events, tell me what they need. You can see details on my policies page.
Let's talk
Fill out the form with as much detail as you can, include any questions you have too. I'll come back to you with a quote and with answers to anything you asked about. From there we can talk, and get the date locked in.
There's no obligation to take things further if you decide it's not for you this year.
